• Position: Senior Manager – Custody Operations
• Location: Mumbai (On-site)
• Employment Type: Full-time

🔹 Responsibilities

• Token Deployment: Deploy tokens in staking, trading, and DeFi strategies
• Optimization: Monitor strategies, prepare P&L reports, and optimize yields
• Security: Conduct risk assessments and improve security measures
• Collaboration: Coordinate with product, engineering, and supply teams
• Innovation: Contribute to new product and strategy development

🔹 Requirements

• 2+ years in blockchain/crypto or 5–6 years in financial services
• Strong understanding of blockchain and DeFi
• Bachelor's in Tech / MBA preferred
• Passion for innovation in crypto and Web3
