About the Role

Crypto.com is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, HRBP & Projects to partner closely with HR Business Partners and the broader People team. This hybrid role blends business partnering with project management, providing a unique opportunity to influence organizational transformation and improve employee experience at scale in a fast-paced, global crypto company.

This position reports to the Senior Director, HRBP & Projects and is ideal for someone with strong presentation skills, a flair for storytelling through data, and a proactive, creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

🤝 HR Business Partnering

• Collaborate with HRBPs to deliver high-impact, people-focused solutions that improve employee engagement and workplace effectiveness.
• Act as a key liaison for gathering functional insights and translating them into strategic HR recommendations and initiatives.

📊 Projects & People Analytics

• Manage and coordinate HR transformation projects across regions and business units.
• Work with People Analytics to generate regular reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Plan, track, and monitor ongoing HR programs and events.

📈 Employee Experience & Communications

• Collect and consolidate employee feedback across the organization.
• Design engaging, visually compelling presentation decks that communicate key initiatives, proposals, and project updates to leadership.
• Help drive strategic people initiatives to enhance the employee lifecycle globally.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 9+ years of experience in HR, project management, or consulting, preferably in agile, fast-growth environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and communication skills — you know how to craft compelling narratives and influence decisions.
• Tech-savvy, creative, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken) — a must for regional communication and collaboration.
