Role Overview

You will lead CoinDCX’s Business and Strategic Alliances team by managing key accounts, especially high-net-worth traders, institutional clients, and partners. Your focus will be on client satisfaction, revenue growth, and building strong, trust-based relationships while managing and mentoring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of account managers to meet client satisfaction and revenue goals
• Develop and implement personalized account strategies for key clients
• Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling platform features
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive campaigns targeting high-value accounts
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regulations to proactively meet client needs
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and industry standards
• Monitor client activities for potential risks, working with compliance teams
• Oversee vendor evaluation and onboarding for smooth VIP team operations
• Optimize communication channels (calling, messaging, etc.) for effective client engagement
• Run an efficient team that enhances the customer experience on the platform

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years in account management, client relations, or similar roles (preferably in crypto, fintech, broking, or financial services)
• 5 years of team management experience
• Proven success in driving client satisfaction and revenue growth
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency trading, blockchain, and crypto exchange ecosystem
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
