Role Overview

As Senior Manager/Manager Revenue, you will analyze revenue trends, lead data-driven growth initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue across channels. You will support strategic decision-making by providing insights on user acquisition, retention, and funnel performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze volume, revenue, conversion rates, and user acquisition data to identify growth opportunities
• Conduct deep-dive analyses for growth channels like referral, KOL, organic, performance, and B2B
• Collaborate with leadership on forecasting models, channel strategies, and daily reporting frameworks
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to find new revenue growth avenues
• Lead initiatives to improve key metrics across the user lifecycle (activation, retention, resurrection)
• Support experiments aimed at improving revenue streams and track success metrics
• Maintain focus on revenue OKRs and assist VP Revenue in planning targets and forecasts

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years experience in growth, marketing, or business teams focused on revenue management
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and revenue initiatives
• Proactive, solution-oriented, with a strong ownership mindset
