Role Overview

You’ll lead backend development for the exchange platform, focusing on high-frequency trading, secure transactions, and real-time data flows using .NET technologies. Your role includes mentoring juniors, designing scalable systems, and ensuring security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of backend microservices with .NET (C#).
• Architect scalable systems for order matching, wallet management, payment gateways.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and WebSocket services for frontend and integrations.
• Implement security best practices aligned with crypto/finance standards.
• Manage databases (SQL and NoSQL like PostgreSQL and MongoDB) optimizing performance.
• Write unit, integration, and performance tests for robust production code.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve system performance and workflows.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years backend development with .NET Core and C#.
• Experience with microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Skilled in SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.
• Strong API (RESTful and WebSocket) development skills.
• Basic crypto/blockchain knowledge preferred.
• Awareness of security and compliance in financial/crypto sectors.
• Problem-solving and agile teamwork abilities.
• Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Preferred

• Experience in high-frequency trading or real-time financial systems.
• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ message brokers.
• Previous fintech/crypto industry experience.
• CI/CD pipeline and DevOps experience.
