About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Onchain Partnership Manager to expand adoption of Crypto.com's non-custodial Onchain Wallet. This role is essential to forming high-impact, strategic collaborations within the blockchain ecosystem. The successful candidate will possess a deep, hands-on understanding of crypto and a proven ability to establish partnerships that drive product adoption and utility.

Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with DeFi protocols, blockchain networks, wallets, dApps, and infrastructure providers.
• 🌐 Ecosystem Development: Engage with Layer-1, Layer-2, Layer-3 networks, liquidity providers, and on/off-ramp platforms to expand wallet functionality and improve UX.
• 📊 Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and ensure Crypto.com remains ahead of the curve.
• 🎤 Advocacy & Representation: Represent Crypto.com Wallet at conferences, webinars, and industry events to promote visibility and partner relationships.
• 📢 Brand Messaging: Ensure consistency in how the Onchain Wallet is presented across platforms like Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and blogs.

Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 🪙 Minimum 5 years of native crypto experience in business development or partnerships
• 🧠 Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and market dynamics
• 🗣 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• 📱 Comfortable with crypto-native communication channels such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord
• 🚀 Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-moving, remote work environment
