About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Onchain Partnership Manager to drive the adoption of Crypto.com’s non-custodial Onchain Wallet through meaningful partnerships across the blockchain ecosystem. This is a high-impact, strategic role based in Hong Kong (Hybrid), ideal for candidates with deep crypto-native experience and a proven record in forming and scaling partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Strategic Partnerships
• Identify, evaluate, and build alliances with top DeFi protocols, wallets, blockchain projects, dApps, and infrastructure providers to boost Onchain Wallet adoption.
• 🌐 Ecosystem Development
• Strengthen relationships with Layer-1, Layer-2, and Layer-3 networks, liquidity providers, and on/off-ramp providers to enhance wallet capabilities and user experience.
• 📊 Market Intelligence
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
• 🎤 Industry Advocacy
• Represent Crypto.com Wallet at global conferences, events, and webinars to increase brand presence and deepen partner engagement.
• 📢 Brand Consistency
• Ensure cohesive brand messaging across digital touchpoints such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and blogs.

Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• ⏳ Minimum 5 years of native crypto experience in business development or partnerships
• 🧠 Comprehensive understanding of blockchain ecosystems and market players
• 🗣 Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
• 💬 Familiarity with crypto-community channels including Twitter, Telegram, and Discord
• 🚀 Self-starter with the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
