• Compensation: $192,000 – $216,000 base salary + equity + benefits

About the Role:

Discord is hiring a Senior Oracle Technical Business Systems Analyst to enhance and support its Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system, focusing on key business cycles like Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), and revenue automation. This role is central to ensuring financial systems are optimized, scalable, and compliant with standards like SOX and ASC 606.

You’ll partner with teams across Finance, Procurement, Sales Ops, and IT, and support critical processes tied to financial close, revenue recognition, and operational automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, support, and optimize Oracle Fusion ERP with a focus on GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Revenue Management.
• Partner with internal teams to implement scalable and compliant business solutions.
• Manage and troubleshoot ERP issues and enhancements; support custom integrations and reporting.
• Assist in maintaining SOX compliance and IT General Controls documentation.
• Handle financial close processes, ensure reporting/data integrity, and manage external Oracle support escalations.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and testing protocols.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in Oracle ERP or business systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and tools (SQL, OTBI, FBDI, OIC).
• Deep knowledge of revenue automation platforms like Oracle RMCS or Zuora Revenue.
• Familiar with ASC 606, P2P/Q2C cycles, and accounting operations.
• Experience with SOX controls and ITGCs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Oracle FAH experience is a strong plus.
