🎯 Your Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be part of the Central Product Team—where user experience meets innovation. You’ll own the full product design cycle, working across cross-functional teams to create scalable, intuitive, and secure experiences for millions of users worldwide.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end product design process from ideation to execution.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to bring impactful features to life.
• Lead and contribute to design reviews, pushing creative boundaries.
• Stay at the forefront of design trends to elevate UI/UX experiences.

✅ Who You Are

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, or tech.
• Skilled in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Axure).
• Strong command of visual, UX, and interaction design principles.
• A collaborative communicator with sharp organizational instincts.
• Fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with global teams and stakeholders.
