About the Role:

As a Senior Product Designer at Discord, you’ll revamp and modernize some of the platform’s most-used features — like Settings, Media Viewers, and Voice Messaging — ensuring they feel simple, fresh, and delightful to users.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from brainstorming to high-fidelity delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
• Improve existing surfaces with a focus on simplicity and delight.
• Contribute to and evolve the Discord design system.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading design for major products across platforms (desktop, mobile, console).
• Expertise with Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools.
• Mastery of design fundamentals (typography, layout, interaction design).
• Strong product thinking and storytelling skills.
• Passion for gaming and deep user empathy
