Job Title: Senior Product Designer, Developer Platform

Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $196,000 – $220,000 + equity + benefits

About the Role

Join Discord’s Developer Platform team to design tools that empower game studios and enhance player experiences. You’ll create impactful, end-to-end design solutions for developers, community managers, and marketers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design across the full product lifecycle, from exploration to launch
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, and data scientists
• Design and refine mockups, wireframes, and prototypes
• Drive the quality of design execution and alignment with product vision
• Contribute to and evolve Discord’s design system

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience across web, mobile, and desktop
• Expert in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Protopie)
• Strong product thinking and visual design skills
• Experience influencing product roadmaps and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
