What You'll Be Doing:

• Design end-to-end product experiences for the financial space, solving real user problems.
• Take charge of functional and visual design, creating designs from rough wireframes to polished prototypes.
• Focus on specific areas of the platform, driving product design efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle: from ideation and definition to post-launch evaluation.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices, leveraging data to improve product experiences.

What You Should Have:

• 4+ years of design experience, ideally with a focus on UX and interactive design.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality products in the financial product space.
• Expertise in designing complex dashboards and interfaces, including charts, indicators, and multi-state elements.
• Experience with responsive design (web desktop to mobile).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process (a must).

Bonus Points:

• Experience working in financial products or platforms.
• Familiarity with design tools for prototyping and visual design.
