🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a small team to improve user experience across products.
• Take features from concept to production, including prototyping and testing.
• Design both web and mobile experiences with usability and simplicity in mind.
• Work closely with the Design Systems team on scalable design components.
• Engage in regular design critiques and incorporate feedback.
• Contribute to product roadmaps and strategic thinking.
• Work daily with cross-functional teams: Engineering, Product, and Research.

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years in product design.
• Degree in a design-related field.
• Portfolio showcasing consumer-facing web/mobile product work.
• Proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, and clear visual + UX thinking.
• Strong communication and team collaboration.
• Low ego, open-minded approach.
• Interest in crypto or financial products.
