🏢 Position: Senior Learning Experience Partner

Location: On-site – San Francisco, CA (Bay Area residents only)

Type: Full-time | Salary: $148,000–$166,500 + equity + benefits

🎯 Role Overview

As a Senior Learning Experience Partner on Discord’s Learning Experience (LX) team, you'll lead company-wide learning initiatives, starting with redesigning the global onboarding program. Your mission is to create transformative learning experiences that improve performance, accelerate impact, and build community across Discord’s growing organization.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design & Run Onboarding: Own and continuously improve a world-class onboarding experience that boosts new hire productivity and engagement.
• Develop Strategic Programs: Launch 2–3 major initiatives yearly, aligned with company priorities and leadership needs.
• Leadership Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders seeking team or org-level performance improvement.
• Program Management: Lead large-scale learning initiatives from ideation to launch—on time and aligned with business impact.
• Learning Tech & Systems: Create scalable learning systems, resources, and templates to enable consistent delivery across Discord.
• Facilitation: Lead small team sessions and large all-hands trainings—including executive workshops.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Measure and report on learning effectiveness using KPIs to refine programs.
• Innovate & Experiment: Pilot emerging tools (e.g. Genially, Notion, AI/LLMs) to boost engagement and efficiency.

✅ Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in Learning & Development or Organizational Development
• 3+ years leading company-wide learning programs end-to-end
• Experience owning onboarding programs in 800+ employee companies
• Strong facilitation skills (small and large groups, incl. executive-level)
• Skilled in learning platforms like WorkRamp, Cornerstone, and digital tools like Loom, Notion, Articulate
• Experience with data-driven decision making and KPI tracking
• Comfortable with fast-moving environments and shifting priorities
