TikTok’s Monetization UED team is driving innovation across AI-powered tools that boost creative efficiency for advertisers, agencies, and creators. This role contributes to building AI-integrated advertising products, streamlining workflows, and driving better brand results using generative technology.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Own and design AI-related features across TikTok’s monetization ecosystem
• Lead end-to-end product design: from problem definition to high-fidelity delivery
• Partner cross-functionally with PMs, Engineers, and Researchers
• Leverage user feedback and data to validate concepts
• Mentor junior designers and shape design culture within the org
• Help define and contribute to product strategy and vision

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience for web applications
• Strong portfolio including AI tools, chat interfaces, or monetization design
• Experience with ads platforms, creator tools, or related use cases
• Capable of presenting design rationale clearly to diverse teams
• Independent, proactive, and able to manage complex design projects
• Comfortable iterating quickly and contributing to design systems

⭐ Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools or workflows
• Familiarity with advertising product design or creative automation systems
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to balance user needs with business goals

💵 Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $137,244 – $318,960 per year
• Total compensation may include bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs)
