Position Overview:

Coins.ph is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers (PMs), Engineers, QA, Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing to drive impactful product decisions and execution. You’ll be instrumental in crafting end-to-end user flows, creating UX/UI designs, and ensuring a seamless user experience across both mobile and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work with PMs, engineers, QA, customer support, operations, and marketing teams to contribute to product decisions and execution.

1. Product Design:

• Develop ideas and solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Create end-to-end user flows, low and high fidelity UX/UI designs, and prototypes for new product features.

1. Review and Analyze:

• Review product releases pre- and post-launch qualitatively and through data to ensure high-quality user experiences for millions of app and web users.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years designing for consumer-facing products across multiple platforms (mobile apps and web), with a strong crypto background.
• Skills:
• Proficient in visual design and interaction design, with the ability to execute prototypes using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiar with A/B testing and data-driven design practices.
• Experience in competitive benchmarking.
• Proficient in iOS & Android design patterns.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and decision-making.
• Ability to iterate rapidly and produce multiple design concepts based on feedback.
• Familiarity:
• Knowledgeable about development methods and able to balance implementation costs with plan benefits.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
