🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop international strategy for affiliate product development and rollout
• Conduct research and usability testing to understand and meet international team needs
• Integrate user research, market analysis, and feedback into product requirements
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering to develop product roadmaps for affiliate projects
• Adapt marketing materials and landing pages for specific markets
• Gain deep knowledge of Binance’s crypto ecosystem to meet unique international requirements
• Build backend and customer-facing localization solutions for affiliate products
• Prioritize features, coordinate schedules with engineers, designers, analysts
• Use quantitative and qualitative data (A/B testing, surveys) to inform product decisions
• Define success metrics and ensure team alignment on objectives

🔹 Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or ownership, preferably in affiliate marketing or related fields
• Strong user experience skills, understanding platform UI best practices
• Analytical mindset using data, user research, and business cases to drive improvements
• Excellent time and project management under tight deadlines
• Experience planning and executing affiliate marketing initiatives
• Background in CRM/CMS product development with focus on affiliate marketing tools/platforms
