Role Overview

As Senior Product Manager for Binance Square (Binance’s content and community platform), you’ll be responsible for building tools for creators, enhancing user interaction, and scaling the product. Your focus will be on delivering world-class experiences for crypto content creators and consumers while ensuring sustainable ecosystem growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Binance Square features, including:
• Content creation tools for producers
• Engagement features for consumers
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Regularly iterate based on user feedback and market dynamics
• Build and improve internal content ops tools and governance systems
• Define and execute content quality control and creator support mechanisms
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams for high-quality, timely delivery
• Analyze product metrics to identify opportunities for user and content growth
• Coordinate across departments to align goals and maintain execution speed

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management (especially in content, community, or social platforms)
• Proven success with large-scale products (millions of daily active users)
• Familiarity with creator economy, social trading, or crypto community platforms
• Strong background in UX/UI, feature planning, and product design
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, Web3/crypto environment
