Salary Range: $207,485 – $244,100 USD + bonus + equity + full benefits

🔹 Role Overview:

Coinbase is looking for a senior-level Product Manager to lead key initiatives in their consumer product space. You’ll own large and complex product areas, working cross-functionally to deliver crypto-forward solutions at scale. You’ll have end-to-end product lifecycle responsibility—from conception through launch to sunset—and drive innovation in making crypto more accessible and trusted.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer-focused crypto products.
• Build and scale experiences that directly impact millions of users globally.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize development efforts and execute launches.
• Balance competing stakeholder needs and user insights to make strategic product decisions.
• Use data and customer feedback to inform roadmap and iterate rapidly.
• Influence senior leaders across Coinbase and act as the product voice in strategic discussions.
• Develop long-term product strategies that align with Coinbase's mission to build the onchain financial system.

🔹 Core Requirements:

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end B2C or B2B2C tech products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated success in navigating high business and technical complexity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Passion for crypto/blockchain and Coinbase’s mission.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a tech or business-related field.
• Background in software development or engineering (3+ years).
• 1–2 years of people management or technical leadership experience.
• Previous work in crypto, fintech, or Web3 product domains.
