Join our Central Product Team and help build Binance’s Financial Earn ecosystem—where users grow their assets through innovative, secure, and high-yield crypto products. This role is ideal for a results-driven Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of user experience, data, and strategic innovation.

🔍 Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Financial Earn products
• Identify user pain points through research and data insights, and develop scalable solutions
• Analyze product performance post-launch and implement iteration plans
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and global teams to deliver impactful features
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep Binance ahead of the curve
• Drive growth by optimizing front-end interactions and increasing user engagement and conversions

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally within fintech, blockchain, or financial services
• Strong experience in data-driven product strategy and lifecycle management
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Proven track record of optimizing user growth and conversion rates
• Fluent in English; familiarity with finance/loan products is a strong plus
• Experience with tools like Sensor Analytics and growth product design is highly valued
