Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager (Marketplace), you’ll be responsible for leading the global strategy, development, and expansion of Binance’s Peer-to-Peer (P2P) fiat product on the user portal. This includes defining product roadmaps, managing global feature rollouts, and ensuring alignment with strategic market goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead globalization of the P2P fiat product across the Binance user portal
• Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap with clear milestones and goals
• Define product specs and lead collaboration between design, engineering, and business teams
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and conduct user research
• Perform market research and coordinate with regional teams to ensure market-fit solutions
• Drive communications and alignment across cross-functional global teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of managing global, large-scale products
• Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate product requirements to engineers
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing usage data, conducting user interviews, and iterating on UI/UX
• Skilled in problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional team leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and roles in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent collaboration skills to drive adoption and grow product market share

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience in app products from internet or e-commerce companies, especially P2P platforms
• Familiarity with Web3, DeFi ecosystems, and blockchain protocols
• Understanding of AML and risk control modeling is a plus
