💰 Salary Range: $207,485 - $244,100 USD + bonus, equity, benefits

🚀 Role Overview:

You will lead Coinbase’s Travel Rule product and TRUST platform, which enables compliant crypto transactions across exchanges and networks globally. The goal is to create a best-in-class, compliant yet customer-friendly solution while expanding TRUST’s market adoption.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the Travel Rule vision and strategy.
• Own the long-term roadmap and align with multiple Coinbase product teams.
• Drive key metrics like TRUST adoption and Travel Rule performance.
• Expand TRUST across VASPs, networks, and assets.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering for polished UX.
• Maintain rigorous attention to product quality and edge cases.
• Communicate broadly with stakeholders and ensure program health.

✅ Requirements:

• 6+ years in product management.
• Minimum 3 years launching products end-to-end.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and influencing senior leadership.
• Ability to manage technical and business complexity.
• Passion for crypto, financial markets, and Coinbase’s mission.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude (degree or experience).

• Cross-time zone team collaboration.
• Experience with payment networks, compliance, risk products.
