Role Overview

As a (Senior) Product Manager, Trading, you will be at the core of product innovation, leading initiatives that shape the future of trading at Crypto.com. You’ll manage the entire product lifecycle — from strategy and ideation to launch and optimization — with a strong focus on enhancing customer experience, increasing trading volume, and driving feature adoption across our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for trading-related features.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Manage specific features within a product line, including backlog grooming and prioritization.
• User-Centric Development
• Interview users and synthesize feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Define detailed product specifications, partner with design teams to create wireframes and UX flows.
• Run user studies and A/B testing to iterate and optimize product performance.
• Collaboration & Execution
• Work closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to launch products that meet business goals.
• Facilitate seamless communication across departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Write clear documentation, including test plans and release notes, for internal and external use.
• Research & Strategy
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform feature development.
• Identify and assess product opportunities and present business cases for new initiatives.
• Help shape the long-term product vision and strategy for the trading business line.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, ideally with software or fintech platforms at scale.
• A data-informed mindset combined with a strong sense of user empathy.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex products in dynamic environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, marketing, and compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in retail trading, financial services, or gamification.
• Experience working in crypto, DeFi, or blockchain ecosystems.
• Comfortable operating in a highly regulated and fast-evolving market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• A team player with humility and the ability to work collaboratively across time zones and cultures.
