Senior Product Manager, Trading (User Facing)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for user-facing trading products, including trading bots, copy trading, and overall trading experience.
• Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform product direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver clear product specifications.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration.
• Analyze product metrics and gather user feedback to improve the experience, while working with customer service teams to address issues.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience, with proven success in delivering user-centric products from concept to launch.
• Background in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics; a quantitative finance background is a plus.
• Expertise in trading products, specifically in financial derivatives or social trading platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into actionable requirements.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to coordinate effectively with global teams and partners.
