✅ Role Summary:

You will:

• Own the end-to-end customer experience for 2–3 categories/products
• Drive improvements using customer feedback (support tickets, social media, interviews)
• Collaborate across Product, Business, Automation, and CX teams
• Lead customer experience improvement projects from ideation to execution
• Contribute to launch readiness of new products/categories

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize: Act as the voice of the customer in business decisions
• Analyze: Use quantitative and qualitative data to find pain points and solutions
• Collaborate: Work with design, automation, and content teams to streamline support
• Execute: Plan and implement improvement projects with measurable impact

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: MBA or B.Tech
• Experience: 1+ years in Product Ops, CX, Fintech, or related roles
• Skills:
• Stakeholder management
• Communication and presentation skills
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer insight analysis
• Program/project management
• Curiosity and problem-solving mindset

✅ Preferred Background:

• Experience in FinTech or Customer Experience
• Exposure to automation tools, CX frameworks, or bot designs
