Role Summary:

As Senior Product Operations (KYC), you will oversee the strategy, performance, and operations of KYC/KYB vendor relationships. You’ll play a key role in optimizing regulatory compliance, enhancing customer onboarding, and driving vendor efficiency across Binance’s global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage KYC/KYB vendors and performance tracking via SLAs and KPIs
• Drive vendor onboarding, contract extensions, and cost-effective billing processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve performance gaps and improve services
• Conduct due diligence and compliance checks to ensure vendor integrity
• Lead market research to assess potential vendor partnerships and develop scalable solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in KYC, vendor management, or related roles (crypto/fintech preferred)
• Deep understanding of compliance, contract negotiation, and data analysis
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin
• Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
