🌍 Role Summary

This role is at the intersection of product operations, vendor management, and compliance. You’ll be overseeing Binance’s KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) systems—specifically focusing on vendor performance, onboarding, risk mitigation, and cost-effectiveness.

You're the internal bridge between compliance, product, legal, and external KYC/KYB vendors.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🛠️ Vendor & Product Operations

• Manage and evaluate KYC/KYB vendor relationships
• Implement and improve vendor selection, performance, and onboarding
• Handle monthly billing, forecasting, and usage tracking
• Drive contract renewals, negotiations, and new partnerships

📊 Analysis & Reporting

• Track vendor SLAs and KPIs
• Conduct risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance
• Use data insights to optimize costs and performance

🤝 Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams: compliance, legal, product, procurement
• Address performance gaps and push for continuous improvement
• Actively participate in market scanning and strategy development

🎓 Requirements

• 5+ years in KYC/vendor management (finance, tech, or crypto ideal)
• Deep understanding of vendor lifecycle, performance management, and compliance
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (key for regional vendor coordination)
• Agile, fast-paced, remote-ready mentality
