Role Summary:

Binance seeks a strategic Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives in payments and financial systems. You will define product strategies, manage end-to-end projects (Agile, Scrum, PMBOK, SAFe), and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals. This is a key role for professionals with strong financial sector experience and regulatory knowledge (Pix, SPB, Bacen, CVM, LGPD).

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project execution
• Manage scope, risk, budgets, and timelines
• Align tech, compliance, operations, and commercial teams
• Report directly to executive stakeholders
• Drive product innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in fintech or financial institutions
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks
• Advanced skills in Agile/PM tools (PMP, SAFe, etc.)
