Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, customer support, and external partners) to:
• Design comprehensive automation test cases
• Ensure high-quality product delivery
• Perform manual testing and investigative work on backend issues and unreleased features.
• Conduct root cause analysis of failed scripts and system bugs.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks (especially for backend services).
• Analyze and improve test script coverage and identify gaps in automation.
• Contribute to documentation, test scenario design, and quality strategy.
• Continuously evolve QA processes and introduce new technologies or methods to increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with international teams (English and Mandarin required).

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in QA, particularly with backend testing and automation.
• Proficiency in Java coding and writing test scripts.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and backend testing strategies.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proven experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex software issues.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and a problem solver by nature.
• Passionate about breaking things to make them better.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to coordinate with global partners.
• Bonus: Prior experience in the blockchain or crypto exchange domain.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience in functional testing for web and mobile applications.
