Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain detailed and comprehensive automation test cases to ensure backend systems meet functional and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, customer support) to ensure quality and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct manual and exploratory testing of unreleased features, validating backend functionalities and identifying edge cases.
• Perform root cause analysis of test failures and product defects, contributing to long-term code quality improvements.
• Identify test coverage gaps and propose scalable solutions to enhance automated testing frameworks.
• Document test plans, test cases, and testing results to ensure transparent QA processes.
• Continuously enhance QA methodologies, stay informed on industry best practices, and introduce process efficiencies.
