Overview:

Binance is seeking a seasoned Senior QA Engineer with strong Java and backend testing expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for developing robust automated test cases, conducting root cause analysis, and driving quality assurance across high-performance crypto trading systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated backend test suites using Java
• Identify, analyze, and track defects; perform thorough root cause analysis
• Conduct manual testing for backend systems and feature investigations
• Design and document detailed test plans for new and evolving features
• Continuously improve test automation frameworks and QA processes

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in QA engineering
• Strong knowledge of backend automation frameworks and tools
• Proficiency in Java and SQL
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (for effective cross-border collaboration)
• Preferred: Experience with blockchain or crypto exchanges, and web/mobile app testing
