This role will focus on ensuring the smooth and reliable delivery of financial products by optimizing workflows, reducing release cycles, and maintaining platform integrity.

Responsibilities

• Performance Test Strategy: Design strategies to validate load, stability, scalability, and reliability of the application systems.
• Problem Resolution: Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to performance bottlenecks and issues in real-time.
• Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps to ensure high availability in production environments.
• Optimization: Drive design and architecture-level optimizations for enhanced performance.
• Automation: Develop tools to automate performance monitoring, testing, and issue analysis.
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize performance engineering tools (e.g., K6, JMeter) to monitor and optimize performance.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Root Cause Analysis: Expertise in identifying and solving performance bottlenecks in microservice systems.
• Java Expertise: Strong performance analysis and tuning skills in Java.
• Database Proficiency: Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Middleware Knowledge: Familiarity with analysis/troubleshooting of middleware technologies like Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ.
• Test Environment Setup: Hands-on experience in setting up test environments.
• Container and Cloud Technology: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Linux Expertise: Comfortable working with Linux tools and systems administration.
• Performance Engineering Tools: Experience using performance tools like K6, JMeter.
• Languages: Proficiency in Java (required), Rust (nice-to-have).

Nice-to-Have:

• Cloud Experience: Experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud).
• Monitoring Systems: Hands-on experience in setting up monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Production Performance Testing: Experience in performance testing within a production environment.
• APM Tools: Experience leveraging APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Linux Performance: In-depth skills in Linux performance analysis.
