About the Role

As a Senior QA Engineer for the Web3 Earn team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of backend services that power Binance's Web3-based earning products. You will work closely with developers and product managers to define, test, and deliver high-quality features in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Product Managers) to deliver high-quality backend services.
• Create and maintain detailed, structured automated and manual test plans and cases.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis and track product defects.
• Perform exploratory and regression testing on new features, identifying behavioral and performance issues.
• Investigate and reproduce backend bugs using logs, APIs, and test cases.
• Execute full-cycle backend automation testing: from planning and script development to execution.
• Test backend components including APIs, databases, and distributed services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Backend QA Engineering.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English (verbal and written).
• Experience with backend services in a non-monolithic, distributed architecture.
• Solid knowledge in Java and Linux (must be able to read and write code).
• Familiarity with Python or Java-based unit testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical and test method design skills to address complex quality assurance challenges.
• Basic technical knowledge of computers and development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Proficient in automation scripting for backend systems.
• Hands-on experience testing APIs, including performance and stability aspects.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency or blockchain technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote team.
