What You’ll Do:

💡 Risk Management: Monitor and manage risk within your local time zone, including rotating weekend shifts.

🔍 Strategy Development & Research: Conduct research, pricing, and execution to enhance hedging strategies via automated trading infrastructure.

🚀 Innovation & Strategy Enhancement: Continuously improve existing strategies while developing new, innovative ones.

📊 Opportunity Identification: Identify and explore new markets and trading opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Education: Master’s or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

💼 Experience: At least 5+ years of profitable trading experience in a leading trading desk environment, including banks, proprietary trading firms, or market-making roles.

📈 Proven Success: Demonstrable experience in building and managing successful trades.

🐍 Technical Skills: Familiarity with Python and a strong desire to expand your technical skill set.

🧠 Critical Thinking: A strategic thinker with a drive for continuous improvement.

📋 Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with an attention to detail.
