Senior Quant Trader

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage trading risk during local hours and weekend rotations
• Conduct research, pricing, and execution to support hedging via automated trading systems
• Improve existing trading strategies and develop new ones
• Identify new market opportunities
• Perform post-trade analysis of strategies
• Collaborate with quant developers to implement trading strategies and system enhancements

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of profitable trading experience in a bank, proprietary trading, or market-making environment across any asset class
• Proven track record in building and managing trades successfully
• Proficiency in Python and eagerness to develop technical skills further
• Strong critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
• Adaptable, self-motivated, challenge-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments
