Role: Senior Rust Engineer – Futures

Location: Remote (based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)

Overview:

Contribute to Binance’s high-performance Futures trading platform, used by millions globally. Build scalable, secure, and low-latency backend systems in Rust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs in Rust
• Optimize system performance, ensure 24/7 reliability
• Identify and fix bottlenecks
• Maintain test coverage and CI pipelines
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 8+ years of backend development experience
• Strong Rust programming skills
• Experience with multithreading and concurrency
• Solid Linux experience
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with production systems and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB a plus)
• Background in trading systems or financial tech preferred
