š Role Overview
- Title: Senior Sales Operations Analyst
- Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (Hybrid)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Team: Sales Operations (APJ Region)
- Reports to: Likely Sales Ops leadership aligned to APJ Sales
šÆ Key Responsibilities
This is a high-impact strategic support role that partners directly with regional Sales leaders. Youāll work across functions and time zones to drive sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and GTM performance.
Core Areas of Focus:
- Sales Forecasting & Analytics
- Build and improve regional sales forecasting cadences; assess funnel health and performance drivers.
- Territory Strategy & GTM Support
- Optimize coverage, segmentation, and account assignments across ANZ, SEA, Japan, and Korea markets.
- Performance Diagnosis
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to guide resourcing, enablement, and investment.
- Cross-functional Partnership
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Partnerships to execute localization and channel strategies.
- Annual Planning Support
- Contribute to headcount planning, account carve logic, productivity metrics, and GTM shifts.
- Data Quality & CRM Integrity
- Drive initiatives to enhance CRM (likely Salesforce) hygiene and data enrichment for better decision-making.
ā You're a Strong Fit If You Have
- 5ā7+ years in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Field Ops, ideally in SaaS
- Familiarity with APJ regional GTM nuances (especially SEA, ANZ, Japan, Korea)
- Understanding of channel vs direct sales models
- Strong analytical skills ā Excel/Sheets is a must; SQL a strong bonus
- Confident communicator ā able to simplify complex problems and influence stakeholders
- Comfort with ambiguity and time zone collaboration
- A mix of strategic thinking and executional hustle

This is not a junior analyst role. It sits at a strategic cross-functional intersection, working closely with regional sales leadership to:
- Shape GTM strategy
- Improve sales performance
- Translate business needs into data-backed action
