Role Summary
Canva is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to act as a strategic partner to the APJ Sales leadership team. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, regional go-to-market (GTM) effectiveness, and performance analytics to support Canva’s rapid scaling across diverse markets in the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. The role demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, enabling data-driven decision-making and improving sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with APJ Sales leadership to optimize productivity, performance management, and GTM strategy.
- Manage and improve forecasting processes, pipeline health, and funnel analytics to drive forecast accuracy.
- Analyze sales trends across markets (ANZ, SEA, Japan, Korea) to inform coverage models, investment priorities, and enablement.
- Lead strategic territory planning, segmentation, and account assignments based on partner ecosystem and market maturity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Enablement, and Channel teams to support GTM localization.
- Improve CRM data hygiene and enrichment for better operational visibility and sales execution.
- Contribute to annual planning, including sales capacity modeling, account coverage strategies, and regional headcount planning.
- Continuously challenge current processes and propose scalable solutions to improve sales operations.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, Business Operations, or a related field; preferably in SaaS.
- Strong understanding of APJ go-to-market models, with specific knowledge of ANZ, SEA, Japan, and Korea.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in partner-led and direct sales environments.
- Strong analytical skills – proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL experience is a plus.
- Clear and structured communicator, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in cross-cultural, cross-time zone teams and managing ambiguity.
- Proven track record of combining strategic thinking with tactical execution.

You’ll be joining Canva’s high-impact Sales Operations team, embedded within the APJ Sales organization. The team acts as strategic co-pilots to sales leaders, helping scale operations, streamline GTM execution, and uncover data-backed insights to support Canva’s mission of empowering the world to design.
