Who We're Looking For:

A passionate and experienced SEO Specialist to join our remote team full-time. You'll work closely with an SEO Accounts Manager and collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to enhance search rankings, user experience, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct SEO audits and implement optimization strategies.
• Build quality backlink profiles for long-term off-page SEO success.
• Lead keyword research, strategy, and content collaboration.
• Monitor rankings, track analytics, and refine SEO campaigns.
• Manage Google My Business profiles and conversion tracking tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of SEO experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Google Analytics Certification & experience with Google Looker Studio.
• Strong technical SEO, content optimization, and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail.
• Reliable workspace with a 30 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload speed.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Remote & flexible: 6-hour overlap with 9 AM - 5 PM EST (Mon-Fri).
• Salary: $2000-$3000 CAD/month (negotiable based on experience).
