About the Role

Crypto.com is seeking a skilled Senior Golang Developer to join our lean and agile ventures team. You’ll design and develop scalable backend systems supporting high-performance financial products, bridging users and developers in a dynamic crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Build backend services for trading and retail products, expanding platform reach to new regions
• Own project lifecycles: architecture, design, implementation, documentation, and maintenance
• Collaborate on system design reviews and contribute to code reviews
• Deliver reactive, reliable data streams for trading services
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support
• Partner with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to evolve backend performance and scalability
• Embrace a fast-paced environment that encourages innovation and experimentation

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Golang (Go); other language experience is a plus
• Experience with distributed systems, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka preferred
• Proven ability to address performance, scalability, and security challenges in large-scale systems
• Self-driven, solutions-oriented, and fast learner with a proactive mindset
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to collaborate across teams
• Interest or knowledge in financial services or blockchain/crypto technologies is a plus
