Team Overview

The Core Automation team builds AI infrastructure and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. This includes applying advanced AI techniques and leveraging blockchain data to streamline compliance, support, and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Python and Go.
• Lead the development of AI-driven automation solutions using modern frameworks and GenAI tools.
• Architect secure, cloud-native systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical design reviews.
• Integrate with third-party services and internal platforms to optimize workflows.
• Debug complex issues to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python and Go; experience with microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Docker, Postgres, MongoDB, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Passion for cryptocurrency and the mission of financial decentralization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/LLM tools (e.g., LangChain, HuggingFace, OpenAI).
• Background in automation systems or AI infrastructure.
• Familiarity with blockchain data and crypto platforms.
• Experience scaling services in fast-growing environments.
