Team Overview

The Core Automation team builds AI-powered infrastructure to streamline operations across compliance, customer support, and internal tooling. The team’s goal is to improve automation, reduce manual overhead, and enhance the customer experience using advanced GenAI and blockchain data.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable AI infrastructure using Python, Go, and modern cloud technologies.
• Apply GenAI techniques, including large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI, to real-world challenges.
• Lead projects, manage deliverables, and drive execution across teams.
• Mentor team members and contribute to high engineering standards.
• Architect secure, scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Integrate third-party services to streamline internal workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues for reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go (Golang).
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Background in building, scaling, and maintaining production-grade services.
• Strong system design, debugging, and documentation skills.
• Passion for blockchain, crypto, and open financial systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks, LLMs, and agent-based AI tools.
• Experience with Docker, Postgres, MongoDB, and cloud-native technologies.
• Background in AI infrastructure or automation systems.
• Previous experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
