Location: Remote (San Francisco HQ)

Salary: $95K–$230K + equity + tokens

• Web3 platform powering decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregation and AMM routing
• Processed 78M+ transactions, $140B+ volume

Role:

• Backend engineer focused on building DEX routing and blockchain event systems
• Use Rust, TypeScript/Node, AWS, Kafka, Postgres, Redis, and Grafana
• Lead projects, write clean, secure code, mentor team, ship features regularly

Requirements:

• 7+ years in distributed systems
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud deployment (AWS), event-driven architectures
• Leadership on small/medium projects
• Passion for DeFi and blockchain tech (EVM/Solana preferred)
• Familiarity with JSON-RPC and Web3 libraries
