Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for venture products
• Own technical decisions—participate in architectural design, code reviews, and implementation
• Expand trading products to new geographies and user bases
• Troubleshoot and optimize backend infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability
• Build and maintain data streams for real-time trading information
• Work closely with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to enhance long-term platform stability
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for code and system features
• Act as a project owner and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and cross-team collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend development experience, preferably in Ruby or Golang
• Passion for building clean, reliable, and scalable software
• Self-motivated, fast learner, and comfortable taking ownership of projects
• Team-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with high-load systems and microservice architecture
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka
• Bonus: Knowledge of blockchain technologies and financial systems
