About the Role

Join Crypto.com’s fast-paced Ventures team, where engineers work on innovative, adjacent products to the company’s core crypto ecosystem. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll contribute across the full stack, helping design and scale backend systems that support our global trading and retail offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and infrastructure
• Lead technical architecture decisions and participate in code/design reviews
• Contribute to retail trading product development and international expansion
• Build real-time, reliable trading information streams for end users
• Triage and resolve technical issues impacting end users
• Drive experimentation with new technologies and frameworks
• Collaborate with DevOps and Infra teams to enhance long-term tech stack stability
• Maintain clean, well-documented codebases and system documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience building scalable and secure backend systems
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Golang
• Familiarity with technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka
• Strong knowledge of scalability, performance optimization, and system security
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fast learner with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
• Prior experience in crypto, fintech, or trading platforms is a plus
• Understanding of blockchain and financial services is advantageous
