Position: Senior Stock Plan Administrator

• Location: Remote (US-based) / San Francisco, CA
• Type: Full-time
• Pay: $125000 – $137500 USD + equity + benefits
• Reports to: Senior Manager, Stock Administration

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day Global Equity Administration: Oversee equity grants, RSUs, stock options, exercises, settlements, and terminations globally.
• Compliance & Filings: Ensure SOX compliance; file Section 16 forms (3, 4, 5) and manage 10b5-1 plans.
• Employee Support & Education: Field employee questions and create educational sessions to explain equity plans.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Legal, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to keep everything in sync.
• Vendor & Auditor Liaison: Coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., Carta, Fidelity) and external auditors.

📌 What You Need

• 4+ years of experience in stock plan administration across both private and public companies.
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
• Hands-on experience with Carta and Fidelity platforms.
• Strong background in global stock plans, mobility taxation, and record-keeping.
• Proven ability to handle Form 3, 4, and 5 filings.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and customer-service skills.
