To scale sustainably and optimize costs while ensuring high-performance experiences for DeFi platforms, NFT communities, and Bitcoin traders, we’re seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Cost & Efficiency. This role will drive infrastructure and data cost efficiencies, enhance cloud resource management, and integrate AI & blockchain cost solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

💰 Optimize Infrastructure Costs:

• Identify, track, and execute cost-saving strategies for DeFi transaction processing, Web3 analytics tools, and blockchain infrastructure on AWS/GCP.
• Work with Ethereum Layer 2 scaling solutions, decentralized data storage (IPFS, Arweave), and AI-driven cost optimizations.

📊 Reduce Data Query Costs:

• Analyze and optimize query costs for on-chain analytics, decentralized data marketplaces, and blockchain data indexing (The Graph, Dune Analytics).
• Implement AI-powered predictive models for cost forecasting in crypto trading bots and NFT platforms.

🔗 Analyze Cost-to-Serve for Web3 Features:

• Provide actionable insights on the cost-to-serve for crypto payment integrations, DeFi staking mechanisms, and NFT minting platforms.
• Develop cost-tracking dashboards for DAOs, decentralized apps (dApps), and blockchain nodes.

🛠 Build Scalable Cost Attribution Platforms:

• Design blockchain-based cost observability systems for on-chain transactions, decentralized compute costs, and cloud-based crypto mining operations.

🚀 Run Capacity & Cloud Vendor Management Programs:

• Lead cloud cost optimizations for Ethereum validators, Solana RPC nodes, and multi-chain DeFi infrastructure.
• Manage cloud negotiations with AWS, GCP, Azure, and decentralized computing providers (Akash Network, Filecoin).

🤝 Support Product & Crypto Teams:

• Consult Web3 developers and DeFi protocol teams on cost-efficient blockchain infrastructure scaling.
• Assess cost implications for Bitcoin Lightning Network integrations, zk-rollups, and cross-chain bridges.

💼 Vendor & DAO Management:

• Oversee DeFi platform vendor negotiations, cloud compute partnerships, and crypto security audits.
• Work with blockchain governance models to optimize costs in DAO treasuries and DeFi lending protocols.

✅ Blockchain & Crypto Cost Analysis: Experience managing infrastructure and operational costs in Web3, DeFi, and NFT platforms.

✅ AI & Data Analysis Expertise: Strong skills in building dashboards, cost forecasting models, and AI-driven expense tracking for crypto payments and blockchain indexing services.

✅ Cloud & Smart Contract Optimization: Experience with cost management tools in AWS, GCP, and decentralized compute solutions (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon).

✅ Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to align Web3 engineering, DeFi risk teams, and NFT gaming projects on cost strategies.

✅ Strategic Thinking & Crypto Vendor Management: Experience managing blockchain data storage (Arweave, IPFS), validator incentives, and decentralized infrastructure scaling.

💎 Crypto & DeFi Experience: Worked with DeFi lending protocols, NFT gaming economies, or Layer 2 rollups.

💎 Smart Contract Cost Optimization: Experience with Ethereum gas fee reduction, zkEVMs, and DeFi transaction batching.

💎 Solidity, Python, SQL, or Rust Proficiency: Technical skills in on-chain analytics, smart contract auditing, and AI-powered blockchain insights.

Compensation & Benefits:

• 💰 Base Salary: $168,000 - $185,000 + equity + benefits
