As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter & HR Specialist to drive our talent acquisition strategy and support broader HR functions in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Your Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

✔ Own the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding – for key positions:

• Data Engineer
• Data Analyst
• Chief Operating Officer (COO)
• Business Development Manager
• ✔ Actively source and engage top-tier talent through LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, job boards, and online referrals.
• ✔ Evaluate engineering talent based on CV screening and structured coding challenges (HackerRank, CoderPad, etc.).
• ✔ Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, candidate conversion rates) and optimize hiring processes.
• ✔ Implement AI-powered recruiting techniques using ChatGPT and Notion-based ATS.

HR & Long-Term Growth Opportunities

✔ Performance reviews & employee development programs

Requirements

Must-Have:

✔ Proven experience hiring senior and C-level candidates

✔ Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator

✔ Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including companies like Chainalysis, Nansen, Dune, and Flipsidecrypto

✔ Track record of hiring engineers, including CV evaluation and technical screening

Nice-to-Have:

✔ Experience conducting structured technical interviews (HackerRank, CoderPad, or CodeSignal)

✔ Familiarity with Web3 developer communities (GitHub, Discord, Telegram) for passive candidate sourcing

✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
