Role Overview

Binance is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team and act as a Talent Partner for several of our technical business units globally. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves driving hiring projects, managing data, and coordinating hiring priorities. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent while building strong relationships with business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, and offer negotiations for open technical roles.
• Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Talent Partner: Serve as a strategic partner to your respective business lines, providing consulting, advice, and coaching to ensure recruitment goals are met.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams and hiring managers to improve the hiring process and participate in HR initiatives and projects.
• Data Management: Manage recruitment databases and HR assets efficiently.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality talent through networking, university outreach, job fairs, and ongoing candidate engagement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in top-tier tech or Web3 companies.
• Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level technical roles.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and a genuine passion for the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to guide decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
