🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to act as a Talent Partner for multiple technical business units across the globe. This is a strategic, hands-on role involving leadership responsibilities such as hiring project ownership, priority coordination, and talent advisory.

You’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders, lead data-driven hiring efforts, and help Binance maintain its position as a top destination for Web3 talent.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to hire.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to hiring managers—coaching, consulting, and influencing decisions.
• Continuously improve hiring processes with the HR and TA team.
• Own and manage recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and talent databases.
• Build a robust talent pipeline through community outreach, university programs, job fairs, and networking initiatives.

✅ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical recruitment (preferably within top-tier tech or Web3 organizations).
• Strong success rate filling senior-level technical roles.
• Deep understanding of blockchain, crypto, and Web3 technologies.
• Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Data-driven mindset: familiar with recruiting metrics and analytics.
• Quick to adapt to shifting business priorities and hiring needs.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
